Conscious co-living.
We each have a private room for $1400 to $1650 a month and share the considerable amenities and daily things. Some meals, the home care, garden, and sharing some meditation – all of it in a best practises kind of way – has produced a unique and resonant living situation.
2025 / 2026 we will have room for two residents. There’s also a possibility that a three bedroom apartment will be available.
Our factory loft style home is an architecturally interesting high ceilings “zen” style, there are two decks two living rooms two kitchens and more.
A spacious home with stainless steel appliances, gallery lighting, five bedrooms.
Nestled in behind Dundas and Dufferin Streets, an 18-unit converted factory building facing into a landscaped courtyard with Japanese maples, herbs and a Ginko Biloba tree. No traffic going by. Steps from cafes, restaurants and organic stores in “Brockton Village” (Dundas and Dufferin).
Close to health food stores, No Frills, Dufferin Mall, Sorauren Park and Dufferin Grove Park. Three minutes from Dundas Streetcar, Dufferin Bus and Lansdown bus, or a walk to either subway station, or to the Queen street car. There is a community centre with swimming, pool, yoga, and more, just five minutes walk south of us.
